What changed was really defining what I still needed to work on. Seeing what I needed to push through within a much different and more tangible way (Phoenix) was big for me! Still getting my results! 🙂 I have a much clearer picture of how to focus my energy on creating my best life. I’m really seeing myself moving in a consistent forward direction. It’s easy for me to get stuck and I’m seeing myself more easily brushing that off and getting back to ‘fighting for myself’. It’s given me more confidence in myself, and showing my daughter how to push through, even and especially on hard days is extremely rewarding! I’m a big perfectionist, and working towards getting things done, for me the way I want, has been huge! Learning that perfection does not equal nor is it required to be loved.
